We collect this information through, such as registration forms, click stream tracking, automatic logging files, and so on.  The information is collected both voluntarily and involuntarily.   To receive our products and services, we will require very detailed information about the way your organization communicates this is mandatory because we will need to set up your IP-Centrex service.  We will keep this detailed information confidential.  It is never posted on any web site.  Other information we request is optional.

We at times employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable BridgePoint Marketing to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies might have an expiration date. The information collected by BridgePoint Marketing will be used for general business purposes.  Users who provide information will receive list products, services, email announcements or advertisements.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.

We may share data with third parties that BridgePoint Telecom markets and partners with. These  third parties will use the information as necessary to provide the service they partnered with BridgePoint Telecom to provide.  Users may opt out to have their information shared with third parties however some services will require this information be shared to receive this service.  In this case it is not possible to opt out.

Our Web site might offer chats, forums or message boards.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

BridgePoint Marketing maintains the accuracy of our information by frequent client updates.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find.  Users may delete their information from our database by emailing us.  Requests are generally processed within 48 hours.
